- Complying with all applicable QEHS legal requirements and other requirements.
- Dissemination of this QEHS policy through effective communication to personnel working for and on behalf of NCC and be made available to other interested parties as required.

It also includes ongoing moniteoring and review processes to ensure that the controls are effective and to identify and address any weaknesses.
