Notes:

The above results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 31st July, 2008.
The Company's operations consist of Construction / Project activities and there are no other reportable segments under Accounting Standard 17.
The Statutory Auditors have carried out limited review of the Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2008.
There were no investors' complaints pending at the beginning and at the close of the Quarter. The company has received and resolved 16 investor's complaints during the quarter ended 30th June, 2008.
Figures have been regrouped to facilitate comparison wherever necessary.
