STANDALONE:

The Company has achieved a turnover of ` 1338 Crs (including other income) for the 3rd quarter of the current year 2010-11 as against ` 1188 Crs in the corresponding quarter previous year, of the registering a growth of 13% over the previous period. The Company has reported an EBIDTA of ` 127.59 Crs and a Net Profit of ` 40.43 Crs as against ` 118.07 crs and ` 47.86 crs reported respectively in the corresponding quarter of previous year.

The company has reported a Turnover of ` 3632 crs for the nine months period of the current year as against ` 3259 crs of corresponding 9 months period of the previous year,  EBIDTA of ` 356.71 crs and  net profit of ` 127.80 crs for the 9 months ended 31st December, 2010 as against ` 330.72 crs and ` 130 crs reported respectively in the corresponding 9 months period of the previous year.

CONSOLIDATED :

On a consolidated basis, the company has reported a turnover of ` 1599 Crs for the 3rd quarter as against ` 1466 Crs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, registering a growth of 9% over the previous period. The company has reported an EBIDTA of ` 175.51 crs at a growth of 14% and a net profit of ` 52.11 crs as against ` 154.22 crs and ` 55.80 crs reported respectively in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company has posted an EPS of ` 2.03 for 3rd quarter as against ` 2.17 in corresponding quarter of the previous year.

The company has reported a Turnover of ` 4516 crs for the nine months period of the current year as against ` 4097 crs in the corresponding 9 months period  of the previous year,  EBIDTA of ` 517.95 crs and  net profit of ` 171.82 crs for the 9 months ended 31st December, 2010 as against ` 438.17 crs and ` 150.38 crs reported respectively in the corresponding 9 months period of the previous year [consolidated].

In the current year, the company has so far secured orders aggregating ` 6236 crs and the Order Book stood at ` 17269 crs as of 31st December, 2010.
