NCCL STANDALONE:

Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited has achieved a Turnover of Rs.1258 crores in the 4th quarter as against Rs.895 crores of previous year registering an impressive growth of 41% over corresponding quarter of the previous year. The operations of the company have resulted in an EBIDTA of Rs.109 crores and a net profit of Rs. 52.6 Crores as against Rs.73 crores and Rs. 49.9 crores respectively in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

The Company has reported a turnover of Rs.3478 crores for the year as against Rs.2900 crores and an EBIDTA of Rs.360 crores as against Rs.270 crores of the previous year.The company has also reported a net profit of Rs.164 crores as against Rs. 152 crores of the previous year.

The company has recorded a basic EPS of Rs.7.51 for the year 2007-08 as against Rs.5.59 of previous year.

CONSOLIDATED RESULTS:

NCC Limited, on a consolidated basis has achieved a turnover of Rs.3659 Crores (Consolidated) for the year ended 31st March 2008 as against turnover of Rs.2952 crores in the Previous Year, registering a growth of 24% over the Previous Year. The Company posted an EBIDTA of Rs.398 Crores (Consolidated) and net profit after tax of Rs.167 crores for the year as against Rs.293 Crores and Rs.96.4 crores respectively in the Previous Year.

The order book of the Company stood at Rs.11380 crores as on 31.03.2008.

The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 30.05.2008 have recommended an equity dividend of 65% (60% during Previous Year) subject to the approval of Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.

As per the Business Plan for the Financial Year 2008-09 approved by the Board at its meeting held today, the Company has targeted to achieve a turnover of Rs.4500 Crores on stand alone basis and Rs.5000 crores on consolidated basis for the year 2008-09.
