Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited [NCCL] achieved a turnover of Rs.972 Crores (standalone) for the 1st quarter of the current year 2008-09 as against Rs.763 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, registering a growth of 27% over the previous period. The Company has reported an EBITDA of Rs.91.57 Crores and a Net Profit of Rs.37.09 Crs as against Rs.79.35 crores and Rs.36.03 crores reported respectively in the corresponding quarter of previous year.

The Company has posted an EPS of Rs.1.62 (not annualized) as against Rs.1.73 in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. In the current year, the company so far secured orders aggregating Rs.1802 crores and the Order Book stood at Rs.12,155 crores as at the end of the quarter.
