NCC Infrastructure Holdings Limited (NCCIHL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of NCC Limited, and was incorporated in May 27, 2005. NCCIHL is an investment vehicle of NCC for investment in BOT/BOOT projects and the joint ventures with which NCC is associated. NCCIHL has invested over Rs.1500 million in such SPVs.
