NCC Infrastructure
Holdings Limited (NCCIHL) is a wholly owned
subsidiary of Nagarjuna Construction Company
Ltd., and was incorporated in May 27, 2005.
NCCIHL is an investment vehicle of NCC for investment
in BOT/BOOT projects and the joint ventures
with which NCC is associated. NCCIHL has invested
over Rs.1500 million in such SPVs.

Projects On Hand:
- Rs.2480 million Bangalore – Maddur
state highway project in Karnataka on annuity
basis which has declared commercial operation
in June, 2006.
- Rs. 5350 million NHAI road project connecting
Meerut – Mujaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh
on toll basis. The project company has declared
financial closure in October 2006 and the project is under
implementation.
- Rs.7760 million Bangalore Elevated Corridor
Project connecting Bangalore city with Electronic
City on toll basis. The project company has
declared financial closure in October 2006 and the project
is under implementation.
- Rs. 5850 million Orai – Bhognipur road
project in Uttar Pradesh on annuity basis.
The project company has declared financial
closure in November 2006 and the project is under implementation.
- Rs. 14500 million, 280 MW Hydro Power Project
in Sikkim. The financial closure is expected
in the next six months.
- Rs. 6000 million, 100 MW Himachal Sorong
Project. The financial closure is achieved
in June 2007.
- Rs. 2850.00 million, Km 0.00 to km 37.920 on National Highway No.66 (NH-66) Pondicherry-Tindivanam. Project started on 19th July 2007.
