Proposals Managers are expected to operate in a high profile, deadline-driven, demanding environment.They are in regular contact with executive management, departmental and project management and other senior personnel in Project Operations.Must be able to work closely with the Senior Management, and Legal/ Commercial Groups.Will assist in formulating bidding and execution strategies: and will be responsible for the organization, production and timely delivery of responsive bids.Proposals Managers also undertake documentation work for pre qualification.Will involve with Engineering, designing & building fossil-fired power plants, and similar industrial plants.Must have the ability to interpret complex engineering specifications.Must understand & provide proper guidance for project cost profiles from the proposal phase through project completion.Must be knowledgeable about project cash flow profiles.Knowledge ad familiarity with Industry Standards, IER, IEC, IBR, and ASME is expected
